Riyadh: The Deputy Emir H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday met Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and congratulated him on being named crown prince of Saudi Arabia.
The Deputy Emir also congratulated Saudi Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Defence and Chairman of the Board of Economic Affairs and Development, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on being appointed Deputy Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.
During his visit to Riyadh, the Deputy Emir also extended the congratulations of the Emir
H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the two Saudi princes and wished them success in the service of the Kingdom and in achieving the aspirations of the Saudi people under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani also congratulated the Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince on assuming their respective roles.
