Royal sisters Anna and Elsa and the hilarious snowman Olaf from Disney’s Frozen are set to enthral fans in Qatar as they hit the ice in Disney On Ice presents Princesses & Heroes from May 27 to 30 at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC).
This trio of well loved characters from the top grossing animated movie of all time will be one of the highlights of the ice spectacular, the third Disney on Ice show presented in Doha which has been attracting thousands of Disney fans locally and from neighbouring countries.
This year guests will enjoy a special appearance in the second act by royal sisters, Anna and Elsa from the Academy Award winning and number one animated feature film of all time, Disney’s Frozen, said Ali Haidary, Founder and CEO of Sport & Entertainment Solutions (SES), organizers of the show.
“Audiences will enter the land of Arendelle and journey up the North Mountains with Olaf and rugged mountain-man Kristoff as they help the sisters along the way in a story full of action, adventure, magic and unforgettable characters” he said.
Entering a world of wonder where heroes and hearts prevail, Tinker Bell guides audiences in Doha to a place where imaginations soar and anything can happen if they just believe.
Told through artistic skating and acrobatics, believing is just the beginning in this mesmerizing show, where dreamers will witness the magic of eight Disney Princesses; Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Tiana, Jasmine, Aurora and Snow White make their wishes come true.
“There is something for the whole family. While the new generation will be captivated by Disney’s Frozen, mums and dads will reminisce as Cinderella, Aurora and Snow White search for true happiness,” added Haidary.
This collection of celebrated tales is produced by Feld Entertainment, brought to Doha by the Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) and its Events Diary OnQatar and organised by Sport & Entertainment Solutions (SES).
To create this thrilling production, producer Kenneth Feld has selected some of the brightest and most creative minds in the industry including Patty Vincent (Director) who has more than three decades of experience from skating to directing and four-time Professional Skaters Association “Choreographer of the Year award” nominee Cindy Stuart (Choreographer).
