Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received a telephone call today from HE Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity of the sisterly State of Libya.
At the beginning of the call, the Libyan Prime Minister expressed his concern for the situation in the State of Qatar following the unprovoked Iranian aggression, affirming his country's full solidarity with Qatar and its support for all measures that would enhance its security, stability, and sovereignty.
For his part, HH the Amir expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Libyan Prime Minister for his sincere brotherly sentiments, which reflect the depth of the ties that bind the two brotherly countries.
The call also included a review of the latest developments in the region and their repercussions on regional and international peace and stability.
